Jens is educated in farming and export. He has been working in the animal production industry for more than 30 years, of which more than two decades centred around feed fermentation. In 2011 Jens and Lone founded European Protein. Jens works with international sales, lectures in fermentation and participates in many international projects to improve animal health and protein replacement.

Anne has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biotechnology. She is also educated in agriculture specialising in cattle and has furthermore worked on a pig farm. She will be in charge of the Quality Assurance of our fermented protein.

Jeppe joined the sales team in February 2020 as a sales manager with responsibility for functional proteins targeted gamebirds and deer. For five years Jeppe has been a gamekeeper trainee and completes his education in Wildlife management in 2021.

In 2011 Lone and Jens founded European Protein. Lone is responsible for all administration and finance. She has an education in nursing but shifted to an administrative position in the feed industry in 2008.

Belinda holds a Diploma in Finance & Accounting and started in European Protein in 2015. She has previously been working in the industry as a financial assistant and as an external bookkeeping consultant. Belinda handles book keeping, orders and sales supporter.

Rikke is a chemical and biotechnology engineer. She has previously worked within the food industry. Rikke started working for us in 2020 where her most important task is to manage European Protein’s knowledge database, which consists of all microbiome, colostrum, blood and serum samples from our costumers’ herds.
