What is EP200?

EP200 is a soy protein for animal feed. It’s fermented with a carefully selected mix of lactic acid bacteria. Fermentation enhances digestibility, reduces anti-nutritional factors, and naturally generates lactic acid, thereby supporting gut health, protein utilisation, and nutrient uptake in young piglets.

Why choose EP200 for weaner feed?

EP200 stabilises the gut microflora and supports weight gain when used as protein in animal feed.

Natural Acids + low ABC-value: With built-in lactic acid, EP200 reduces the need for added acidifiers. Compared to soy protein used in animal feed in general, EP200 has a lower Acid Binding Capacity, approximately one-third that of competitor soy protein.

For farmers or feed producers using acidifiers, EP200 can be a powerful blend of organic lactic acid and fermentation metabolites, providing a dual-action approach to improve gut resilience and prevent pathogenic bacteria from proliferating.
